How to open and view a ticket

Show my tickets

You can view and follow up your sent tickets and see the responses and solutions that you have received from the tickets page on the Help Center and you can follow up and respond to your ticket to send more information or to answer the supervisors.

Step one: Go to the Help Center page
Go to the Qenite Help Center page, from the top menu, then click on My Tickets. 

On this page, a list of tickets you previously sent will appear and this list will allow you to return to your old and sent tickets to check and follow up responses to them. 

Additional notes:

  • If the problem is resolved, do not respond to the ticket again.
  • You will find the status of the ticket if it is resolved or under follow-up.
